At Coffee Gold, we aim to deliver freshly roasted premium arabica coffee from the highlands of Papua New Guinea to your door as efficiently and reliably as possible.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


United Kingdom Shipping

We offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or displayed at the time of purchase.


International Shipping

We ship internationally, including to Australia, Bahrain, and GCC countries.

  • International Tracked Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
